Two years this time

Now it's been a long time. I don't know. I feel pretty good.

Maybe I'll come back more often. I got out of the hospital two weeks ago. Had an abscess in my spinal canal. Yeah, so I had to have surgery. The doctor drilled a couple holes in my spine to drain it. The first thing I did after waking up from the anesthesia was move my legs to make sure I wasn't paralyzed. That was the last thing I remember the doc saying before I went under. "slight risk of paralasys" Reall comforting...

So now I'm on antibiotics that I have to inject through a PICC line every 8 hours. Three times a day for the next two months. It's not so bad though. They must be working, because every day I feel better.

Rather depressed about not being able to work. But this all seemed to start from me pulling a back muscle at work. So I should hopefully be getting compensation from workers' comp.

It's just all this waiting while they make their decision. In the meantime I'm broke.

But whatever.
